Shipping Policy:

Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to delivering your order in a timely and secure manner. Please review our shipping policies below.

Processing TimeOrders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipping TimeStandard Shipping: Delivery typically takes between 10 to 18 business days from the date your order is processed, depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping

Order TrackingOnce your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment.
 Delivery Issues you have not received your order within 2 1/2 weeks, please contact us at fitbyfaithhq@gmail.com with your order number and we will assist you in locating your package.

Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
